Cancellation Policy - Nainital Willows

The following cancellation policy applies to all resort and safari bookings made with Nainital Willows. Please review carefully before booking.

Resort Bookings

More than 35 days before arrival: 20% cancellation charge.
22–35 days before arrival: 30% cancellation charge.
8–21 days before arrival: 60% cancellation charge.
7 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation charge (non-refundable).
Special Dates: Bookings during Christmas, New Year, and long weekends are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.
Amendments: Changes requested within 35 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and subject to the above charges.
Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations due to medical reasons follow the above resort booking policy and require a valid hospitalization certificate.
Serious Medical Emergency: In case of a verified serious medical emergency (e.g., life-threatening condition, at Nainital Willows’ discretion), a credit note for 100% of the booking value will be issued. No cash refunds.

In case of force majeure (e.g., natural calamities, national emergencies, or government-mandated closures), a credit note for 100% of the booking value will be issued, subject to supplier and government policies.
- Credit Note Validity: Valid for 12 months from issuance, subject to availability and rate differences.
Nainital Willows is not liable for disruptions beyond our control.

Non-Refundable: All safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Independent Booking Option: Guests may book safaris directly with park authorities. Nainital Willows is not liable for independently booked safaris.
Facilitation Role: When booking safaris through us, Nainital Willows acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for park policies or closures.
